February 2022 saw the approval (after several modifications and several objections) for a 9 dwelling residential development off the Linton Road. The site is being accessed by the demolition of 59 Linton Road.
In documents originally lodged with MBC, work was anticipated to start 22nd April and continue for around 78 weeks. Now, at the end of March, Esquire Developments informed the Loose Parish Council that they intended to start demolition at the start of April, even though some aspects of the development were still awaiting approval.
