Forstal Lane to Heath Road (312)
aka Beacons Park
Next to the 'Forstal Lane' development, now nearing completion, is this site, originally known as 312 but now called Beacons Park. In the recent MBC Local Plan Review the site was included as one for which development would be permitted. This decision was challenged by Loose Ward Councillor Sue Grigg and others, and at a n MBC Strategic Planning Meeting 21st March 3022, it was removed from the Local Plan so it is not a 'given' and must go through the normal application procedures.

The subsequent development plan application may differ. The last information available (early 2024) suggested that the site development may be about half the size shown below, but until firm proposals are put forward, this is not certain.
