The Campfield Farm site lies to the east of Loose Parish, bordered by Hubbards Lane and Haste Hill Road. but part of it also lies within the Boughton Monchelsea Parish Area. The BM Parish have been in talks with developers to allow residential development on part of the site whilst seeking to protect neighbouring woodland etc. from other development. Although BM have initiated these negotiations and have had meetings with developers and residents, some by Zoom, Boughton Monchelsea Parish have agreed to consult with Loose Parish on future developments in this matter.
As can be seen, the area contains significant Earthworks.
