If you are sending someone else to post parcels for you, make sure they know what is in them: Staff are supposed to check if parcels/packets contain prohibited goods and are entitled to refuse to accept them if the contents are unknown.

The cost of sending parcels/packets depend upon a) weight b) size c) the service you require.
You can get help on these matters from either from leaflets available in branch or online at
www.royalmail.com/personal/sending-parcels. However try to err on the side of caution - your kitchen scales are not as accurate as ours and we have the final say on weight and dimensions.
